Our 1-Week Get-Started 1000 Calorie Diet Plan


Caution: this hypocaloric diet is very drastic, do not follow it more than one week (otherwise your body will feel in a starvation situation !) or if you want to lose a few pounds very quickly.

It could be the start of a longer term weight loss plan.

About the 1000 Calorie Diet



1000 Calorie Diet Plan, Day 1

Breakfast:
-1 cup of tea
-1 hard boiled egg
-1 slice of bread
-one cup of unsweetened applesauce Noon
-Cucumber yogurt sauce with herbs
-Tofinelles Fennel and Almond
Evening
-Coleslaw
-Endive Gratin

1000 Calorie Diet Plan, Day 2


Morning
-banana sandwich made with 2 slices of bread and a small banana
-one large glass of orange juice
-one cup of fruit yogurt, low fat
Noon
-3 once can water-packed tuna and 1/3 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise
-Mixed salad of 2 ounce lettuce, 2 ounce peppers, sweet red or yellow, 1/3 cup spring onions
Snack afternoon
-1 apple
-tea
Evening
-3 ounce roasted chicken (without skin)
-3 ounce potatoes, mashed with one large cup semi-skimmed - milk
-2 ounce Broccoli, cooked, boiled or steamed
-2 ounce carrots, boiled
-one cup gravy (made from granules)

1000 Calorie Diet Plan, Day 3

Morning
-1 cup of skim milk with no sugar or artificial sweetener
-1/8 baguette (one ounce) + Fat (1/2 cup, a restaurant serving of butter) or 1 banana
-Choose from:
1 serving of cheese less than 50% (one cup) / 1 whole unsweetened yogurt / cottage cheese and 20% (4 ounce) / 1 / 2 slice of ham / 1 egg or 2 yogurts 0%
10 AM:
-1 glass of skim milk with no sugar or artificial sweetener
Lunch:
-Choose from:
white meat (4 ounce) / white fish (4 ounce) / 3 slices of ham poultry (5 ounce) / 3 eggs / cheese less than 50% (100 g) or cream cheese to 0% (one pound)
-Vegetables cooked in white water as much as you want (soybean, cabbage, Paris mushrooms, endive, asparagus, celery, fennel, salsify, Swiss chard, turnips. ..)
-0% yogurt or cheese at 0% (4 ounce)
-1 white fruit (banana, apple, pear, white grapes or lychees)
Afternoon:
1 glass of skim milk with no sugar or artificial sweetener
Evening:
-Same as lunch menu + 4 ounce of mashed potatoes, rice or pasta
-1 teaspoon butter
healthy snack

1000 Calorie Diet Plan, Day 4

Breakfast
-tea free + 2 crackers + 2 yogurt (1 teaspoon sugar)
Lunch:
-Salad starchy and green vegetables Fruit
Evening:
-Vegetable soup
-Chopped steak
-Green salad
-Milking 0%

1000 Calorie Diet Plan, Day 5


Breakfast
-tea
-2 yogurts (1 teaspoon sugar)
Lunch:
-Ham salad sandwich
-Fruit
Evening:
-Steamed seabath
-Fennel steam
-Milking 0%

Breakfast
-tea
-2 crackers
-2 yogurt (1 teaspoon sugar)
Lunch:
-fish main dish vegetables
-Fruit
Evening:
-Pumpkin + Cream 4 tablespoons of soy milk
-potato salad, green beans
-Milking 0%

Breakfast
-tea
-2 crackers
-2 yogurts (1 teaspoon)
Lunch:
-Salad: tuna, egg, ham and greens
-Fruit
Evening:
-Spiced monkfish tail Pilaf
-Milking 0%
