-Mixed salad of 2 ounce lettuce, 2 ounce peppers, sweet red or yellow, 1/3 cup spring onions
Snack afternoon -1 apple
-tea
Evening -3 ounce roasted chicken (without skin)
-3 ounce potatoes, mashed with one large cup semi-skimmed - milk
-2 ounce Broccoli, cooked, boiled or steamed
-2 ounce carrots, boiled
-one cup gravy (made from granules)

Morning -1 cup of skim milk with no sugar or artificial sweetener
-1/8 baguette (one ounce) + Fat (1/2 cup, a restaurant serving of butter) or 1 banana
-Choose from: 1 serving of cheese less than 50% (one cup) / 1 whole unsweetened yogurt / cottage cheese and 20% (4 ounce) /
1 / 2 slice of ham / 1 egg or 2 yogurts 0%
10 AM: -1 glass of skim milk with no sugar or artificial sweetener
Lunch: -Choose from: white meat (4 ounce) / white fish (4 ounce) / 3 slices of ham poultry (5 ounce) / 3 eggs / cheese less than 50% (100 g) or cream cheese to 0% (one pound)
-Vegetables cooked in white water as much as you want (soybean, cabbage, Paris mushrooms, endive, asparagus, celery, fennel, salsify, Swiss chard, turnips. ..)
-0% yogurt or cheese at 0% (4 ounce)
-1 white fruit (banana, apple, pear, white grapes or lychees)
Afternoon: 1 glass of skim milk with no sugar or artificial sweetener
Evening: -Same as lunch menu + 4 ounce of mashed potatoes, rice or pasta
-1 teaspoon butter
