Riding a bike is good for the planet ... and for your health.

What's great about cycling is that you can ride anywhere in town or countryside.

There are three types of bikes : city / country bikes, speed bike for the road and then the "very famous" mountain bike.

- The city and campaign bike serves to get around town or on paved roads. It is above all practical and comfortable.

- The speed bike is only useful to travel long distances on roads or tracks. The riders of the Tour de France are using this kind of bike.

- Third type, the mountain bike, you can ride anywhere on muddy roads to the seaside, in the country ... It absorbs shock well.

- Cycling prevents cardiovascular disease
