  • Day 7 : Lunch

  • Tomato topped with white cheese with herbs

  • A small scoop of fruit sorbet + strawberry red
  • Dinner

  • Lamb chop (without fat) grilled
  • Braised Lettuce Hearts
  • Camembert light
  • One slice of bread
