Tuesday PP Morning: pancake oat bran and wheat + 2 coffees with aspartame Lunch: Buendnerfleisch (viande des Grisons / dried beef) or any kind of dried beef meat, a slice of grilled beef, herbs Afternoon snack (4 pm) : 0% yogurt with a different taste than the day before -Dinner: Grilled turkey slices, 0% yogurt 1.5 / 2 liters of water - a little diet coke, and some coffee (I'm addicted to coffee !)
Dukan Diet Menu : Wednesday PL Morning: oat bran cooked with cinnamon and skim milk with, coffee + aspartame Lunch: 2 slices of leg of lamb (an extra!) - Endives and tricolor peppers and steamed. 0% fruit yogurt Afternoon snack (4 pm) : 2 yogurts 0% Evening: monk fish cheeks pan (greased first with a piece of kitchen roll), with tomato, cut into small cubes, shallot, and lemon zest, turmeric, Asparagus in vinaigrette, No dessert (I feel full !) Always the same amount of water. Coffee + a glass of diet coke
Morning: 3 spoons of oat bran - milk, cinnamon, Black Coffee + aspartame Lunch: Salmon trout fillet grilled with herb - Chinese Fried Vegetables (nonstick) - mushroom yogurt sauce + condiments - A yogurt 0% Dinner: Smoked salmon with capers, endive salad, minced meat (not too fat, I could not control the fat content ... but given the price ...) - A portion of light custard tart Dukan Diet Menu : Friday PL Morning: fresh cheese beaten, black coffee +aspartame Lunch: Green asparagus with vinaigrette, paprika turkey kebabs cooked on the grill.
