Free weight loss tips : 10 tips for a successful diet plan

Not gaining weight or losing even 2 to 4 pounds may look easy. But succeeding over the long term despite the temptations, "that is harder! Here are a few tips that may prove useful :

1 - Run your errands with a specific shopping list in hand, when your stomach is full and, if possible, without the children in order to avoid all the little temptations that will inevitably occur during the process.

2 - Display your slimming menus in the kitchen so that your eyes can't avoid them.

3 - In order to eliminate : Drink water, tea, herbal tea, during and between meals.

4 - Put your spouse and your friends into confidence. This will prevent them from offering a quick drink or snacks before meals or some chocolate after dinner... And they will be there to help you when you are about to break!

5 – When you are thinking about craving, change the course of your thoughts, make a call, go to the garden, go swimming ... well do something that takes you away physically and mentally from all temptation.

Free-weight-loss-tips 6 – Exercise ! Do not stay passive. Go to the gym, walk on foot rather than taking your car or bus. Avoid escalators and elevators and climb a few stairs by foot.

7 – Think about you and indulge yourself with some beauty treatement : make an appointment with the beautician and hairdresser, go to the hammam, take a steam bath, buy scented bath salts ... In short, pamper you.

8 – Get yourself the little outfit that you have found in your favorite store and that you wanted so much. Put it prominently at the house and convince you that you will be able to wear it soon.

9 - Do not be obsessive. Weigh yourself once or twice a week in the very most. There is no need to weigh yourself every day.

10 - Set a feasible goal. Losing one to 2 pounds a week is reasonable and realistic. Beyond that, you lose weight but only water and muscle.
