Dukan diet: Menus for the kick off phase Dieting is not easy. Even if you are motivated, you sometimes lack of ideas for menus. To be successful with your diet plan: avoid the monotony! The Dukan diet, a French diet plan, is a high protein diet consisting of 4 phases. The slogan of the « kick off » or « attack » phase of Dukan diet: proteins at will. Morning : Sugar-free drink (tea, coffee ...) 1 yoghurt or fromage blanc 0% 1 slice of ham or turkey 1 egg boiled Noon : 4 / 5 surimi Chicken breast grilled with herbs Yogurt to o% Or Tuna nature Rabbit with mustard Swiss Yogurt O%
Evening :1 slice smoked salmon Fromage blanc 0% Or Hamburger 5% fat Herbed cream cheese o% A dip in the morning or afternoon You are entitled to 0% or a milk with a slice of lean ham. Weight Loss : In the first phase, weight loss is very fast and will determine the duration of this regime, so it is important to get advice from a nutritionist. What to expect in terms of weightloss : up to 5 kg the first week (1st phase); then 4 kg per month in the following months (second phase). Tips : Think of spices, herbs and other condiments to break the monotony of meals. A mix of cheese 0% for light sauces! To cook without fat: Use nonstick pots and pans or place parchment paper on the bottom of your stove for cooking; Prefer cooking a la plancha and tinfoil that retain the flavor! Precautions : Like any plan, the Dukan diet has drawbacks and can create deficiencies. Any plan requires the advice of your doctor or must be followed by a nutritionist.
