Here are some tips to lose 20 pounds without too much trouble :

1) Get some help

The motivation is 70% of the plan. If necessary, hire one of your friends or your spouse to play the role of coach. Or join a diet community ). Seeing others will inspire you and help you hang on.

2) Take your time!

In order to lose so much weight, you will need more than 2 months. Take the time to take a balanced diet, (if not you will be in trouble with deficiencies). 3) Consider seeing a dietitian

4) Say goodbye to sweets and meats
