  • Seeds: sesame, brown flax, pine nuts ...
  • Vegetable oils
  • The herbs: parsley, basil, mint, chervil, chives, rosemary ...

    I avoid :

  • Foods that hold water, especially foods high in salt or sweet
  • Refined foods (which have lost some nutrients of complete feed): baguette, white bread, biscuits, bread crumbs

  • Prepared foods rich in saturated fats, carbohydrates and too salty
  • The same lean and soft drinks fruit juice industry
  • The animal fats like butter lard, except the duck fat, fairly good health
  • The stimulants such as coffee, spices and alcohol
  • The stews
  • The fried foods, chips and other fried
  • Pasta, rice and refined meal (incomplete)

We also do not forget to stay hydrated throughout the day, the water has a key role in digestion. It helps to dilute what you eat and thus facilitates the work of the stomach and intestines. What makes digestion easier and faster.
