The Omega 3 contains ALA (recommanded daily intake : 2,5 gr.) and DHA polyunsaturated (recommanded daily intake 0,25 gr.) fatty acid and it is this which can help to improve one’s chances of losing weight.

For those who don’t eat enough Omega 3, nutritional supplements often do the trick just as well.

Omega-3 fatty acids are known as good fatty acids and not bad fatty acids which are also within the body. When you maintain or increase your Omega 3 intake you will be using that good fatty acid to combat the bad ones in the body.

The more that the good fatty acids fight the bad ones, the more weight you will lose.
