Vegetable diet to lose weight

The plan from day to day ....

Every day, every meal, you have to eat a bowl of cabbage soup . Mandatory!

Basics :

-Vegetables should be prepared without fat.

-Bananas, strawberries and other very sweet fruits are prohibited.

-Tea and coffee without sugar are allowed (no sweetener !).

-Soft drinks, alcohol and sweet food are strictly prohibited.

Do not skip meals. You must not leave the table hungry. This way, you can lose weight without -too much- deprivation.

Day 1:

Soup + All fruits are allowed except bananas, watermelons, cataloups and strawberries.

To drink, unsweetened tea, fruit juices without sugar and / or water.

Soup + All vegetables are allowed except corn, peas and beans. Warning: no fruit.

Day 3:

Soup + Any Fruits and vegetables you want

If you followed these three-day-diet you should have already lost between 2 and 3 pounds.

Day 4:

Soup +Bananas and milk creams. Eat three bananas with 1 liter of skim milk.

Day 5:

Soup +150 gr. Beef and 3 to 5 tomatoes

Day 6:

Soup +150 gr. veal or beef (or grilled chicken but absolutely no skin) and vegetables as desired

Day 7:

Soup +Brown rice (a good portion), unsweetened juices and vegetables as desired.

PS: You can replace the tomatoes and peppers (often difficult to digest) with zucchini, lettuce, cucumbers, which are less aggressive to the stomach and intestines, are highly diuretic and purgative.

After these seven days, you will lose up to 15 pounds.

Stop the plan during at least a week, then resume it again if you are really motivated.

Disadvantages of the vegetable diet to lose weight :

The disadvantages of this scheme are numerous : for many nutritionists, this regime is an aberration because it is a hightly restrictive diet with a 1000 to 1200 calorie intake per day As a result, this vegetable diet scheme will result in weight gain over days or weeks after stopping

It can be dangerous and cause, as any restrictive diet, cardiovascular disorders, fatigue, decreased blood pressure ...

It causes gastrointestinal effects (emission of gas...)

Tips if you nonetheless decide to follow

-Do not follow it more than 7 days

-Eat fruits and vegetables

-Add fish

-Interrupt from the onset of fatigue, discomfort ...
