Fruits and vegetables

No doubt you have to fill your list up with fruits and vegetables!

*All fresh fruits : Apples; Pears; Oranges.

*Spinach;

*Beans;

*Tomatoes;

Not too much of (because of their high glycemic index) :

*Bananas; White grapes; Litchee; Cherries.

Dairy Products

Of course, focus on the 0% fat and be reasonnable with the cheese

*Cottage Cheese 20% fat;

*Yoghurt;

*Skim milk.

Avoid:

*Cheddar; Beaufort; Roquefort.

Poultry is often the best choice because it contains little fat (if you do not eat the skin).

*Chicken

*Turkey.

At the fish market :

Fish is also your ally in the fight against weight. It is both low in calories, typically low in lipid (fat) and well supplied with protein and micronutrients useful. Choose lean fish.

*Turbot

*Whiting;

*Dorado;

*Colin;

*Cod;

*Sole.

At the grocery

A little sweetener to replace sugar and some dried vegetables are essential purchases.

*Beans.

Preserves / canned food

Avoid ready to eat food and prefer vegetables.

*Green beans or beans butter.

Frozen Food

Again, the vegetables are essential.

Beverages

They must be eliminated! Prefer water.

*Mineral water.

Our advice:

If you diet, beware of small low of 11 hours and 16 hours.
Plan your shopping enough to have a snack in the morning and afternoon cookies lightweight, clementines and apples for example.
